Manchester Consulting Group was in Bali, Indonesia this week for the International Road Federation Executive Seminar on Public-Private Partnership in the Road Sector. Manchester CG provided training modules on Project Finance Framework, Project Investment Appraisals, and Value for Money Analysis. Attendees included road sector executives and practitioners from Indonesia, Belize, Benin, Canada, India, and the USA.
